Sew much to do!

Green = Sarah
Blue = Mum

This is ivy we found it in the woods.
We're planning to make a Christmas wreath so took some of this away with us.

and a bit of blurred holly.

Here is some fungus called jelly ear
After searching in the woods for 'fungus of the week' we found nothing. We returned to the car and spotted this in someone's garden right by the car! It's edible, and apparently tasty with garlic.
It looks like the purple jelly disc but its velvety and brown.

Sarah did a mammoth-load of Doodle Maths today. Her maths is now at the 'correct' National Curriculum level for her age. Not that we're bothered with the National Curriculum because we don't have to, but it's good to know that we're doing a good job.

Making Christmas decorations
Guess what it's going to be?

See? It's a Christmas tree!

Sarah's handwriting has also improved a lot. We've been practising 'cursive' (joined up) style.

And now using the wrapping paper Sarah printed....
Happy Christmas! Oh sorry, that's a bit early.
